2. Credentials
Applicants should be currenly working in an independent capacity and submit appropriate credentials.
a. Applicants who have been consultants must provide documentary evidence of experience including winning new business, writing a programme and managing a budget or
b. Applicants who were previously in-house should show details of responsibility for drawing up a programme, costing and implementation, whether personally or directing others, with documentary evidence to support their application.
